煤粉工业锅炉刮板链性能分析及结构优化

Performance analysis and structure optimization for a scraper chain conveyor used in industrial pulverized coal boiler

摘要: 为提高刮板输送机刮板链的使用性能,分析了刮板链的结构和使用过程中存在的缺点,并仿真分析了刮板链的刚度。以刮板链材料的屈服强度为评价指标,仿真结果表明刮板链能承受3.41×104N的载荷。为了提高刮板链的刚度和刮板机的工作稳定性,提出了刮板链的优化结构,仿真结果表明优化后的刮板链能承受7.85×104N的载荷。最后制造出优化后的刮板链并将其用于实际生产,结果表明刮板机的工作稳定性更高、刮灰量更大、零件也没有发生变形,说明优化刮板链后刮板机的性能明显提升。

Abstract: Taking a scraper chain conveyor as the research object, this paper studied the performance analysis and structure optimization method for the scraper chain. Structure and shortcomings of the original scraper chain were analyzed firstly, and stiffness of the scraper chain was finite element simulated. Taking yield strength of the scraper chain as the evaluation index, the simulation results show that the maximum load that can be endured by the original scraper chain is 3.41×104 N. In order to improve stiffness of the scraper chain and working stability of the scraper chain conveyor, optimization structure of the scraper chain was proposed. The simulation results show that the maximum load that can be endured by the optimized scraper chain is 7.85×104 N. The optimized scraper chain was manufactured and utilized in actual production. The results show that the optimized scraper chain conveyor have advantages of stable operation, high efficiency and high stiffness. Properties of the scraper chain conveyor after optimization improved significantly.
